Nice enough Starbucks. Staff is nice and location is essentially brand new so it's nice. The downside for this location is how slow the drive thru is. But the location is convenient so, it will have to work.

Baristas are inattentive. Drive thru is slow moving. Still tastes and expensive like Starbucks.

Stuff is nice, service is quick if you go inside. The drive-through is one of the longest drive throughs I've ever had to sit in. However, if you need to use the Wi-Fi and get any work done, find someplace else! Their Wi-Fi cannot support multiple guests at the same time. This morning I had about an hour to hop on the computer and get some work done before a meeting in the area. I was never able to fully connect to my email or get the Internet to pull up the sites I needed. Both of the gentleman sitting next to me were experiencing the same problem. We all gave up at about the same time and just left. I drove down the street to McDonald's because I had some documents I needed to process before my meeting. Should have just stayed home and made a pot of coffee! I thought it would be a nice change to sit at a Starbucks for a little while. Not this one!

So I live in Littleton village and frequent this location very often. I also work for a Starbucks and I must say I am very disappointed In this location! Half the time they forget to give me my drink which mind you is only a brewed coffee with 2 extra shots or my coffee is cold. it's very unfortunate and I hope they can get their act together or I will be taking my business somewhere else. There is also a girl who was working tonight with purple two toned hair who is extremely rude I asked her why the price of my coffee is always so different and she seemed annoyed by me as if I was Offending her I didn't catch her name or would put it in this post!!! And she also didn't ask for mine I hope no one else is getting this Excellent customer service I have received.

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I've ever been to--hands down. The staff is friendly, everything is exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere is lovely. Anytime a drink is made incorrectly, they always apologize and fix it with a smile!
